To make a claim for a gadget through a Direct Travel or AllSafe policy, you will need to contact the claims administrators at Davies Group. Their contact details are as follows:

To make a claim for a gadget through a Fit2Travel policy, you will need to contact the claims administrators at Fit2Travel. Their contact details are as follows:

You must:

  1. Notify the claims team as soon as possible (ideally within 48 hours of your return to the UK)
  2. Report the theft, or accidental loss, of any gadget within 24 hours to your network provider, and blacklist your handset
  3. Report the theft, or accidental loss, of any gadget to the police within 48 hours (you must obtain a crime reference number/lost property number)
  4. Provide us with details of the claim and any other contract, guarantee, warranty or insurance that may apply to the loss (including but not limited to household insurance)
