Air Traffic strike action in France called off

4 out of 5 of the French transport unions who threatened striking action have lifted their plans Disruption was set to take place for passengers flying in and out of France over the weekend from 3rd-5th June. Popular British airlines EasyJet and RyanAir were warning that their flights could be affected by the strikes over this time period. With The European Championship 2016 starting on June 10th 2016, they also said that they were worried that more industrial activity could affect the travel arrangements of the 1.5 million foreign football supporters heading to the matches in France over the next few weeks.
