A 14-day cooling off period enables a money-back guarantee, provided that you have not yet travelled using your policy, there are no claims made or pending , and no incident likely to give rise to a claim has occurred.
Outside of the 14-day cooling off period, there is no refund for any premium paid on Single Trip policies underwritten by Allianz. For Annual Multi-Trip policies underwritten by Allianz, you will be entitled to a pro-rata refund, dependent on elapsed time, and provided that you have not made a claim or intend to make a claim on your policy.
A small administration charge might also be applied, which will be shown separately prior to purchase and available to view on your policy documentation after purchase.
