If my insurance is refused due to my pre-existing medical condition, can I still take out travel insurance?
We do not have the facility to exclude your medical conditions from cover. So it is very important you screen all medical conditions for all travellers to ensure you are fully covered.
If you are unsure on what medical conditions you need to declare or have any questions relating to your medical conditions please give our friendly team a call on 0330 880 3600 for further advice.
You may be able to obtain an alternative quote by contacting:
British Insurance Brokers Association (BIBA)
Website: Find Insurance - BIBA
MoneyHelper
Website: Travel Insurance Directory | MoneyHelper
We may still be able to help, see travel insurance for pre-existing medical conditions.
